System Architecture and Site Layout
Our BES-Suite web-based Workforce Management solution supports multiple sites with bespoke rule
sets, architecture and site layouts designed to address customer specific environments and
requirements. It includes any combination of on-prem and cloud.
Time Management
Time and Attendance features include shift, roster and schedule management, claw-up and claw-back
of overtime, workflows, live monitoring widgets, biometric identification, random messages and block,
and comprehensive management reports.
User Interface and Access Control
The system provides unlimited role based and customizable user menus accessible anywhere,
supports hosted or on-premises deployment, separate log-on for BES-Access, and contractor take-on
and expiry management.
Common-Off-The-Shelf Hardware
The system offers the the generally accepted requirements for a Time and Attendance system using only COTS hardware. Specialised or custom functionality may require a single proprietary device to be added to accommodate the functionality not available in COTS devices.
Third party hardware can be used with various levels of integration. Where integration is not possible with third party specific hardware, integration can be done on a database level in most cases.

Human Resources and Employee Records
HR functionalities include attaching documents to employee records, managing accident, education,
disciplinary, health, and skills records, integrated with BES-Time or third-party ERP and Payroll systems.
Scheduling, Pay Codes, and Timesheets
The system supports detailed shifts, rostering and schedules by department or individual, public holiday and leave views, infinite pay code configurations, timesheet management with overtime authorization, and anomaly and exception detection. Payroll integration with various and multiple ERP and Payroll systems.
Reporting
The BES Workforce Management solution offers more than 200 existing reports, covering both employees and contractors for Time and Overtime Management, Health and Safety, Fatigue and Access Control with audit trails of user activities,. Reports can be customized with options for dashboard and Power BI integration.
